In accordance with Section 1002.421(1)(h), Florida Statutes, each teacher employed by Creative Play Children’s Learning Center has qualified by possessing one of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any subject,
- Three or more years of K-12th grade teaching experience, or
- Special skills, knowledge, or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in K-12th grade subjects.
Pursuant to 1002.421(1)(j) Florida Statutes, a parentally placed private school student with a disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended.
